<p>There are a few other <a href="http://www.lifesperspective.com/2007/09/07/my-favourite-quotes-from-the-whos-who-of-business/" target="_new">good business quotes here</a> that are worth reading.</p>
<p>But the point is innovation. You have to think about something that your customers will love before they are asking for it. Otherwise, they might ask someone else.</p>
