I provide consulting services to businesses and non-profit organizations in areas of online strategy, online marketing, website development, project management, application specification, application design, and technology consulting.

  • Strategy Consulting: working collaboratively to develop an integrated online strategy that balances website, email marketing campaigns, content creation, search engine marketing, podcasts and social networks.
  • Website Development: website design/redesign, online storefronts, blogs, email marketing, podcast production, and site maintenance.
  • Project and Application Specification: consultation, research, competitor analysis, target audience definition, user experience walk-throughs, screen prototype diagrams.
  • Private Training: full-day one-on-one training where I do the tricky technical stuff and you can focus on learning how to use the different online tools, social networks, and technology solutions for improving your business.
  • Office Hours: consultation sessions either at my office or over the web, some even for free.

I take a very different approach than most business people expect to see: everything is completely transparent, in fact, radically transparent. You know exactly how much everything is going to cost up front and you know how much profit I make. I strive to cultivate long-term relationships with my clients.

Many people know the rules: speed, price, quality – pick two. I’ve decided to keep my fees fair and reasonable and the quality as high as possible. That means that I’m not a speed demon. If you are in a rush, I’m probably the wrong person for you. However, if you want someone that will ask the hard questions in order to get to a superior result, I just might be the right person to have in your corner.
