Music created by computer is not by definition bad - the computer is a tool, and what we need are better algorithmic composition tools to use its power. As a comment on the 'piano inside my head' title, by the way, I find the piano is more 'inside my fingers' - I often find my fingers moving to create imaginary pieces that are ever-present, subliminally.

And people blame me for the Classic Hits by Microsoft Songsmith, conveniently ignoring that it's all created by the computer.
