Birthday Wish

Today is my birthday. Reflecting on another year, now deep into the mid-thirties (37), I look around at my family, my friends, my job, my hobbies and realize how lucky I am.

So for my birthday wish, here is what I want to change by my next birthday:

I want to dedicate more time to compose and more time to exercise. Both are activities that have taken a back seat since becoming a dad. But I know that if I can get these two things into the regular routine, I will be happier and healthier, both physically and mentally. That will help me be a better dad/husband/brother/son/friend on so many levels.

I have a year to make this change and only one person to blame if I don’t do it.

Wish me luck.

Happy Birthday! I just turned 36, so I understand how you feel! Time for Pilates class!
