Why I should run more

Running is hard. Sometimes it hurts. Much of the time it is boring. And it is never particularly convenient in my busy schedule.

And if I take a week or two off, it’s like starting over again.

But I am reminded that anything that is too easy isn’t worth doing at all.

That is why I keep running.
